Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on all orders over $50!
We ship our products via UPS or USPS. We currently only ship to the continental United States. We process orders within 1 business day and ship during the hours of 9am-5pm PST Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm PST Saturday. If you have placed your order after business hours, your package will be shipped the following business day, unless it is out of stock or pre-order.
Upon your order you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. Once we ship you will receive another email informing you it has left our office with tracking info so you can watch your Lolita Be Mine order on its way to you!
Please note: orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, the order is already out of our hands and in the safe care of UPS or USPS.
When items are available for pre-order that means we don’t currently have them in stock. Items on pre-order can take between 3 days to 2 weeks to come back into stock, so the time you will receive your pre-ordered item(s) can vary.
Upon ordering, we will notify you with an email confirming your order and give you the estimated stock date. Once we have received the item in stock we will confirm with you via another email and your order will process and ship on the next business day with the shipping method you selected.
If you ordered multiple items, some of which are pre-order and some are not, the items in stock will ship immediately after the processing time (1-2 days) and the pre-ordered items will ship separately once they come into stock.
We have partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to give you the option to insure your order for its full value for only a couple of dollars. Route takes care of any lost, damaged, or stolen orders with a seamless one-click claims process. When a claim is filed, Route covers the cost in 24 hours, assuring you will receive a refund or replacement in just 2-3 business days.
We highly recommend you add Route to every order to insure you always receive your Lolita Be Mine order with a smile!
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days in their original, unworn, and packaged condition. Please package your item carefully in its original packaging to insure its safety during travel. When shipping, we recommend to ship using a priority shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to reduce the risk of lost items.
If you would like to exchange an item in your order or your whole order, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to exchange it for before you ship your item so we can process your order correctly.

Terms and Conditions:
We will not accept returns we receive after 14 business days. Returns are not accepted on sale or discounted items. We will not accept any items that show signs of wear or damage. Signs of wear include but are not limited to: scratches, dents, damage to gold plating, stones missing, makeup smudges, dirt or debris, stretched chains, or broken or stretched prongs. We do not cover return shipping costs. When shipping, we recommend to ship using a priority shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to reduce the risk of lost items. We unfortunately cannot refund lost items during their return to us, Lolita Be Mine, LLC.
